How the music is made.

Razor Lust combines Wendell Rocky Adams’ songwriting with AI-assisted music production. Generative tools are part of how the recordings are created.

The songwriting

Adams writes lyrics and develops song ideas rooted in hard rock, glam metal and blues-soaked rock & roll. Some of those ideas reach back to his teenage band days.

The recordings

AI music tools, including Suno, are used to generate vocals and instrumental arrangements. Adams selects versions and develops the recordings through creative direction and editing, including work with individual audio stems and mixes. The process varies from song to song.

The project

Razor Lust’s sound and visual world draw on late-’80s hard rock and glam metal. Its songs bring those influences into a contemporary, AI-assisted creative project.
