Growing up listening to hair metal, I loved Mötley Crüe. My best friend and I would try to come up with cool band names, throwing together all kinds of combinations. “Razor Lust” was one that stuck. It just sounded cool.
That name became the starting point for lyrics about a woman you know is bad for you, but you want her anyway—no matter how much damage she’s going to do. “Razor Lust” fit that mix of attraction and danger.
Dirty riffs, massive hooks, and a love of late-’80s hard rock, glam metal and blues-soaked rock & roll. Meet the project or read how the music is made.
